Made this smoothie this morning with a few changes... very good!
Serves 2
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons flax seed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup frozen banana or ice cubes (I used a little of both)
Purée in blender and serve!
