1 cup buttermilk
¼ cup canola oil
2 egg whites
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
Streusel: 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 teaspoons softened margarine/butter

Add the buttermilk, oil, egg whites, egg, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. To make the streusel: In a small bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon, and margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter and swirl slightly with a knife to marble it through the batter.
