Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and press into a pie dish.
Bake at 375 for 7 minutes. Let cool before filling. Or, if the recipe calls for an unbaked crust, chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
