Golden Sole Filets

1/2 tablespoon butter
4 sole filets1/4 cup creme fraiche
1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
Melt butter in casserole dish. Lay sole filets in dish. Whisk creme fraiche and mustard together and spread on top of filets. Bake at 400 for 6 minutes.
