Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

1 medium head cauliflower
1/2 cup sour cream/ mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 cup grated cheese.

Boil cauliflower. Place in a casserole dish. Combine sour cream, onion, and mustard; spread on cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes.
