Sauteed Summer Squash

1 1/2 cups sliced yellow squash
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
1 Tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper


Heat oil in sautee pan over medium heat. When oil is heated, sautee onion until tender, translucent, and sweet. Add squash and sautee 3-5 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
