Poulet a la moutarde

This is really easy, but impressive:

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

4 Chicken breasts

4 teaspoons whole grain Dijon mustard (we like the Maille brand)

4 slices bacon, uncooked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread mustard over chicken breasts and wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon. Bake until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
