Roasted Asparagus

Recipe from Beth Prewitt:

Roasted Asparagus

1 lb asparagus, washed with bottom inch cut off

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

lemon pepper

salt

pepper

Place asparagus on rimmed baking sheet; brush with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt, and pepper. Roast 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
